Manchester Library is a branch of Kitsap Regional Library, which provides the books, librarians and computer systems. The building is owned and operated by the Friends (FOML).
This is the FOML website, providing links to the other Manchester Village websites. FOML owns the building, operates the Book Store and Community Center as part of the Manchester Library, providing meeting space for many Manchester Village meetings (at a minimal fee).

Hats, T-Shirts & Donations
The Friends of the Manchester Library (FOML) sell T-shirts and hats at this online store during the year. And, it always provides a convenient place to donate money to FOML !!
Manchester Community Advisory Council (MCAC) is a body of Manchester residents that provide input to the County Commissioners. Members are appointed by the County and represent the several Manchester neighborhoods and village organizations and businesses. MCAC meets the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm at the Library
Manchester Community Association (MCA) organizes the annual Manchester Festival & Flea Market held the first Saturday in August and the Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony the first Sunday in December. The MCA will also host a Oktoberfest celebration. Contact us at manchesterfestivals@gmail.com.
The Port of Manchester provides boat launching, maintains Pomeroy Park, and parking for the Park and boats. The Port Commissioners meet every month on the 2nd Monday at 6 pm at the Library.

Manchester Water provides water to the Village and neighborhoods, and provides the equipment, maintenance and office support for Port of Manchester activities and facilities.
